Steven Gray's 16 points (5-8 fg, 2-5 3-point) contributed to Gonzaga's 72-64 win and (15-4, 4-0) making Eddie Sutton wait at least one more game to reach the 800 milestone. He is currently fifth all-time in wins, despite recently revealing the accomlishments unimportance to him.
Dior Lowhorn, who leads the WCC in scoring (20.6 ppg), was the game's high-scorer with 21 points. The Dons (5-13, 1-2) made an 8-0 run in the final minutes to cut the Zags lead to eight before Austin Daye's layup put the Bulldogs up 70-60.
Gonzaga, winners of six in a row, will travel on Saturday to top-ranked Memphis (17-0, 4-0) in an attempt to hand the Tigers their first lost of the season.
